Human Factors Analyst

Being a Human Factors Analyst, I am responsible for identifying, considering and studying Human Factor issues and benefits during an ATM project throughout its lifecycle. My major tasks include defining human performance requirements and analysing the integrated technical parameters in terms of human impact while ensuring safe compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces with human operators.

I am holding Master’s degree in Biology, Psychology and in Work and Organizational Psychology. I have more than 8 years working experience within an aviation environment and submitted several psychology researches involving Pilots and Maintenance Engineers.
